Fast, efficient service. It felt like a luxury experience where everything was so new, nice and high tech. From the entry experience of driving up to a covered area, to not needing to provide any personal information because the team knew who I was and to receiving text messages, emails and phone calls with status updates. Way to go!
I am extremely disappointed with GM. My Chevy Colorado was brought to the dealership in December, the torque converter was replaced. The same issue has developed. Overall my vehicle has been laid up for over 30 days, and there have been three visits for the same issue. GM bulletins direct the techs to flush the system and drive the vehicle a minimum of 200 miles. If the issue isn’t resolved then the next step will be taken. Really?This is not a fix, it is a delay and GM doesn’t know what the next step is to correct the defect. I am extremely frustrated, I expected better quality from GM. With that said, Jose Diaz, the service advisor I have been working with has been wonderful to work with and has done everything in his power to minimize any inconvenience to me.
Mr. Jason Rodriguez was not only informative and extremely knowledge within his field as service writer, but his customer service skills are both impeccable and commendable. Our wait was minimal and the facilities are by far one of the most welcoming I have experienced.
when I drove in to the service area I was greeted by a very friendly service agent,then the service coordinator ask me what type of service was need,I said an oil change he gave me a price and stated that it was going to take about an hour and half, I agree the service was done within that time.while I was in the waiting room every associate that went by greeted me.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had a dealership. The service department is a joke. They had my husbands truck for a week and there was little, to no communication with us as far as the status of the truck, they never call anyone. We would have to call the adviser and track him down to ask and he never gave us a straight answer. Then on the 7th day I called and asked to speak to the service department manager to find out the status of the truck, he put me on hold and left me for 30 mins and never came back to the line. I had to hang up call back, at which time the phone rang about 20 times before the receptionist answered. The manager finally got back on the phone with me and said sorry I forgot you was on hold. No wonder the service advisers are horrible because their manager is too. The manager went to speak to the adviser that was handling our vehicle and he told the manager that he had spoke to my husband the day prior and my husband said he was coming that morning to pick up the vehicle. This was a LIE, my husband said the man never called him!!!! The workers there lie to cover themselves because our truck had been sitting there since the day before, ready to be picked up but no one bothered to call us. I will NEVER go back to this dealer and will never recommend it to anyone.
