Our service advisor Robert did not communicate with us. The only one who helped us was the porter Brandon Bradford. He went out of his way to help us. I would definitely go back if he was our service advisor or salesman.
My service people were courteous. But the following day I got an email that I missed my appointment. I replied that I didn't miss my appointment and gave my service number, with a request that they acknowledge that my oil change, etc. was done as required by my warranty. No response as of yet. I don't want that email to be an issue if something happens and I need to rely on my warranty for a repair.
It was a pleasure dealing with dealership and their entire staff. Craig did a great job of making me feel comfortable and I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle at their dealership. Alain in finance did a great job and Andrew (sales manager) did everything possible to get the deal done. I can't say enough about Craig. It was a pleasure dealing with Craig and he explained everything clearly and got straight to the point. I would definitely call Craig if I purchase another vehicle in the future.
I truly appreciate how expedited your service team takes care of my vehicle. Only point to make is how my visits have been so close together due to issues that for the most part should have been discovered while in service.
Brought my car in because I heard a “rubbing noise” in the front of my car when I braked right before the car came to a final stop. They told me my rear brakes were warped and needed replaced. They fixed my back brakes for what they found BUT my front brakes are still making that noise. Also, they said they would wash my car but it was not washed.
